Lincoln Community Health Center is a primary health care facility operative in the Durham
community since mid-September 1971. The center is accredited by Joint Commission on
Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO) and offers a wide range of health services,
including adult medicine, pediatrics, adolescent, dental, behavioral health, and prenatal care, a
service of the Durham County Health Department located at the center.
